The BBC’s flagship programme ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ will make the assertion that Boris Johnson, currently the government’s Foreign Secretary, is partly descended from a fairy.
The somewhat unsurprising discovery was made when Johnson agreed to a routine DNA test to find out more about his genetic makeup. When the programme’s scientists confirmed the analysis, Johnson is said to have been completely speechless. Which is probably the most surprising thing about this entire story.
